KTS Thermo version 2.1 is a Windows based system to produce calculations related to thermodynamic equilibriums for choosing a system or displaying E-pH or Pourbaix graphics. An add-on running in Excel VBA can produce E-pH diagrams such as those shown here for chromium or iron. An earlier version of KTS Thermo was used to produce the E-pH graphics published in the Handbook of Corrosion Engineering. The software system can also be used to calculate simple equilibrium constants.

Aluminum (wet and dry states)
Chromium (wet and two states of dryness)
Copper (wet, dry and in the presence of chloride ions)
Iron (wet or rust and dry or magnetite)
Manganese
Molybdenum
Nickel (wet and dry states)
Platinum
Tantalum
Titanium
Zinc
A demo version of the software is available for 'free' as a download. This demo is fully functional. However its database is limited to only one element, manganese. The complete system presently ships for 180 $ (US) as a download. The Excel VBA add-on is an extra 60 $.
